Includes consultation with you, registering your URL; designing a static logo based on your company
name or sign; uploading up to 25 web-ready pictures; creating up to 10 pages. Included in your 10 pages
are Your Home Page, Your Contact Page, About Your Company Page, and Your Site Map Page.
Existing Web Site Maintenance (Base Hourly Rate for each update).....................................$ 25.00
Once your site has been created and is up and running, I will maintain and update your site with new or
replacement pictures and pages; change the look and feel of the site to suit your needs and moods; or
anything else you need done. We can also negotiate a fixed monthly charge for site maintenance and
updating.
Annual URL Registration Fee......................................................................................................$ 15.00
This is the fee paid to register your web site annually. The first year's fee is included in the New Web Site
Setup Fee.
Photography Work *

Photo Retouching Charge (hourly rate).......................................................................................$ 15.00
You may want particular photos retouched to remove buildings, power or telephone lines, people, or have
the mood or coloring of a photo changed. The minimum charge is 30 minutes.
*The Portsmouth Street Partners, LLC (PSP) and The Portsmouth St. Windows Doctor (Win Rx) retain ownership of all digital
photographs (not supplied by you), whether published on the web, printed or not. Any photograph owned by PSP or Win Rx
that is published on the web may be reproduced and distributed without permission from PSP or Win Rx. If you, as contractor
for services, wish to gain ownership of any photographs, that must be negotiated with PSP and/or Win Rx. The initial winnowing
of photos to be used on your web site will be made by PSP/Win Rx and based solely on picture quality rather than content.
The final choice of pictures posted on your site will be yours.
